As part of preparations for the maiden edition of the NANS JCC Ondo Sport Festival 1.0, the Director of Sports, NANS JCC Ondo Axis, Comr. Ojo John Ayobami (Sugar), led a delegation on a comprehensive awareness and sensitization tour across tertiary institutions in Ondo State. The tour was designed to formally introduce the initiative, outline its objectives, and encourage active participation from institutions ahead of the festival.
During the visits, the delegation engaged with Deans of Student Affairs, Directors of Sports, Students' Union leaders, and other key stakeholders, seeking their collaboration and institutional support for the success of the festival. The discussions emphasized the role of the event in fostering unity, discovering sporting talents, promoting healthy competition, and strengthening inter-campus relationships through sports.
The Directorate reaffirmed its commitment to delivering a world-class sporting festival that will not only celebrate athletic excellence but also deepen the spirit of camaraderie and student integration across tertiary institutions in Ondo State.
